How long does a refill usually last? Product info says 60 days, is that generally true?

Yes, Air Wick Scented Oil will last 60 days when the device being used is on the lowest setting, 24 hours per day, for the duration of the lifetime of the fragrance. The bottle may appear empty for the last few days of the life of the fragrance, but the wick will still be saturated with fragrance which will evaporate into the room in the normal way.

How do you change the setting on these?

Our warmers easily adjust with 5X fragrance settings. On the top of the unit there is a revolving button control: Smallest flower = minimal intensity and Largest flower= maximum intensity.

Can you use other air wick refills? Or do they have to be for this model of plug in?

I had an older plug in and it fit it okay and I see no reason why it should not be compatible.

Does this work in air wick essential oil diffusers?

No, Air Wick Scented Oil and Air Wick Essential Mist refills are not interchangeable.
