We absolutely love this recliner! The best recliner we have ever had. Very comfortable. It is basically an extra bed when reclined. The height of the seat is actually higher than most recliners too. The power function is great as well as the built in USB charger. The freight company will deliver it inside your door for free. I priced this recliner at local furniture companies and could not beat the price of Amazon plus free Amazon Prime shipping!

Do not Buy. Broke after 3 months. Bad design where the cord connects to the motor. Gets caught on inside frame.

Very comfortable for one human and two dogs 😜. Seriously very comfortable reclining is great feels like it is built to last, that review in a year or so. Has one USB plug, speed of motor for reclining and going into sitting position is reasonable not faster than the older motors used. I would still buy it again. One thing if you get it delivered pAy extra for the set up and take away of the trash. If you are strong and healthy you would have no problem with getting it in the house and setting it up, by the way set up is easy.

Despite the manufacturer offering a 5 year limited warranty on the electronics of this recliner, because it was purchased on Amazon, they will not honor the warranty. I purchased this chair in May of 2020. Within the first month of using it, I knew something wasn't right as it would catch when reclining. The framework on the lower back of the chair would rub on the top of the motor housing when reclining and bringing the chair back to the upright position. This wouldn't have been an unfixable issue had they not also ran the wiring for the motor into the spot where it rubs. I didn't notice this at first, but all of the sudden one day, the chair became stuck and the motor wouldn't function. The backrest would move (different motor) but the lower unit was stuck. After inspecting, I realized the wires had been ripped out of the motor due to the repetitive rubbing. Calls to Amazon support were redirected to Ashley's support as I was now outside of my Amazon return window. Multiple calls and emails to Ashley went unreturned. All of my calls to Ashley ended the same, being told that, because I purchased on Amazon, there was a single email address that I needed to send all of my information to and that they would process my claim. This has been going on since August of 2020 and I have a chair that cost me just shy of $1000 sitting in my garage because it is unusable. When it worked, the chair was comfortable and I liked it. The problem is, it didn't work for much more than a month.

The chair was great. It was really comfortable to sit and recline in. Seemed to be good quality, until it stopped working. When I went to investigate what happened, I noted that the power cord to the main motor had come been pulled out of the motor due to the chair frame catching it when the chair was reclined. Of course, this didn't happen until after my return window had expired. I have contacted the seller to see if they will help with the repair. I also contacted Ashley Furniture, who refused to offer any assistance. If I can get this one fixed I will keep it, but I will never buy an Ashley product again due to their poor design on this chair and poor customer service.

I was soooo pleased. It was easy to assemble, durably constructed, and a delight to sit in. Then 10 days later the wiring separated from the motor and I was stuck with the feet up. Try getting in and out of this giant chair like that. I have since returned it, and am still waiting my refund weeks later. I waited over a month for the pickup too.If they had just designed the wiring better, it could have been the perfect chair.

I was looking for a wide power recliner due to hip and knee issues, along with a recent illness that limited my ability to walk. There was never any in stock so I tried a Lane regular recliner but it did not work out and was painful, hubby liked it though. I was about to give up finding one for me when this one finally came in. Now I wish I had waited so that hubby and I had matching ones. It is extremely comfortable and the power option makes life so much easier. I definitely recommend this one highly if you're looking for a big reclining chair!
