LissomPlume Plastic Double Pointed Knitting Needles Set 14 Pieces

First off, my fault for not reading the description more closely. I thought this was a package of 7 sizes of double-pointed needles in the usual configuration of 4 or 5 needles per size, each about 6-8" long. But no: it's 2 dpns per size, and they're as long as old fashioned single points, about 14". I am a proficient knitter and I cannot picture what the maker had in mind by designing and selling them in this configuration. I think somebody got their wires crossed, but if I'm wrong and you want exact this set up, be aware that these needles are also not finely made. Some have little blips from the plastic mold that you will have to sand down to avoid snagging yarn. Anyway I'm returning them. Two stars for good colors and prompt delivery.

So, these came in the sizes and colors described. I love using them however there are a few problems. In a couple of the smaller needles, there are imperfections- "bumps" or indentations that yarn always gets caught on and you will have to fight with it while knitting, in order to prevent it from snagging, if you can. This is obviously not ideal.Some of the larger ones do not have this problem and so they are the only ones I can/will use out of this order.
