As a principal I purchased the book for myself and for all of my teachers. We were big on PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Supports) and this book reinforced some of the strategies we were using and gave more ideas for tier III students. It was great for a book study, with sharing and talking points to work around. We also used Rick Smiths’s Conscious Classroom Management.
