Q: Hey Sunnah, what's the difference between "mild taste" and "strong taste" types? Both claim to be 100% unrefined. 2 different types of seed?

The company claims that both the mild and strong flavored oils contains 2.20% plus of thymoquinone but fails to mention the other constituents of the oils such as thymohydroquinone, nigellone and thymol. The 2.20% claim appears in advertising but not on the bottle which is suspicious. Personally, I think that if it is strong it will taste strong. I am researching various brands to find one that is not ashamed to print the contents and potencies on the bottle label.

I buy Triquetra black seed oil capsules which contain 20% thymoquinone. This is the strongest I know of. I've never tried Ethiopian black seed oil. It seems unreasonably expensive!

How is this "2.20%+ Thymoquinone"? Label says 48mg in a teaspoon...which is only .96%, in other words, about 1%...the same as the others!

48 mg Thymoquinone is not 3.43% of 5000mg or 5g, which is the serving size. How does this math work? 3.43% of 5000mg is 171.5mg.
