I like this brush and will be ordering another to replace one I have had for many years. Soft shaving brush works well with almost no shedding. It does have kind of a wet dog smell, but that doesn't bother me, and I think it will fade over time.

I purchased this Gentleman Jon 100% Black Badger shaving brush to replace the Perfecto 100% Pure Badger shaving brush I bought in April, 2024 that was pure junk! The bristles fell out every time my husband used it! The Gentleman Jon was less expensive and so much better! He said it holds more soap and hasn’t lost a bristle yet! Goes to show just because it’s more expensive doesn’t always mean it’s better! If you need an excellent shaving brush buy the Gentleman Jon it is superior to the black badger!
