This thing leaks all o er the place. It is difficult to open so you can place the flavoring in and then it just leaks. It does keep the water cold for a long time- but I did t feel like ya ing to clean myself every time I drank from it. I have returned it. I guess that is what I get for paying 45$ for a water bottle🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I do like this. I bought the black to blue fading bottle. It does a good job keeping the water cold for longer. They advertise that this will decrease your soda intake. I don’t drink that much soda at home so the irony is I used to drink plain water. Now I’ve substantially increased my intake of artificial colors and sweeteners. I do have a some caveats about this product however. 1} $45 is too high a price for a water bottle, even one as good as this. 2) The flavoring does leak occasionally and that is annoying. 3) Flavor intensity is inconsistent and requires frequent adjustments. You’ll get a mouthful of flavor 1 sip and almost pure water the next. Again annoying. But all things considered this is a unique product and it doesn’t require a monthly subscription like other similar products and I will probably give someone one as a gift.

I actually had an issue with my vessel upon receipt where a small piece fell into the tank causing the system to not function properly. I contacted Infuze and received some email responses to either walk me through fixing the issue or to replace the tank part if that was easier. I opted for the phone call, and I was given a solution to try with the reassurance that they would send me a new part tomorrow if that didn’t work. It actually did work, so now I can say that the product works great, and their customer service is fantastic too. So give this product a try if it sounds like something you might like, and if you find it challenging to drink plain, boring water.

I was super excited to get the Infuze vessel. Day one, I LOVED it and my water intake definitely went up. Day two, orange Mio has been leaking from the chamber, intermittently throughout the day. I've taken it apart four times, and four times, I didn't find anything obviously wrong. I wanted to like this so badly. And I;m hopeful that my husband can figure out something that I have missed. But for now, I and my orange-stained hands are pretty disappointed.

This is the greatest concept and it seems to work well for others. I'm thinking that I may have gotten a defective lid because it is constantly leaking a bit of the flavor enhancer on to the rim of the bottle and then it stains my hands and counter. Maybe a replacement lid would help??

I love it! Way better than a hydro flask! I did find that sometimes my flavor reservoir leaked a little bit so make sure you tighten it once you fill it.

I love it just trying to get you to the flavoring tank but other than that it's great

Love my bottle! Its perfect for my everyday I would definitely recommend!!
