Not sure about the effectiveness...and I'll admit I forget to eat these some days, need to work on being more consistent with a daily packet. But I've always been told I look younger than my age so this is more of a preemptive measure to remain looking young forever :)I bought three different flavors and this is my favorite of the bunch. It's more natural tasting than the mango flavored box I just finished.

Taste good and let's see if it can improve skin.

It's Hard to find high mg in such a compact packet, so easy to carry and ingest. Taste is fruity peach flavor, I love it. I'll continue to order.
