Excellent seed variety
I have tons of finches and small birds sitting on the feeder to eat them, doves, squirrels and crows hanging around on the floor underneath picking out the rejected ones from up top. My birds are constantly eating from this feeder with this seed selection that I'm going to have to put a ladder up there for them to get to it, they'll get so fat they wont be able to fly :)

Kentucky Birds LOVE This Kind
We have tried many different seeds this year in KY and this is the biggest hit! It ALL gets eaten so in that way it's the best deal for the money. From now on this is the only kind we will be purchasing!

Birds love this stuff!
Decided to give this Wagner's Deluxe Blend a try when I ordered my monster kitty's food & supplies. Biggest reason, this states it has 20% more Black Sunflower seed, & it does indeed. This mix has a lot of Black Sunflower seed, as well as a very good blend of everything else. The birds absolutely love it. Every time I fill the platform feeder, the birds empty it within 3 days or so. I mean completely empty down to the last seed. I have all the Chickadees, Nuthatches, Phoebes, Juncos, Cardinals, Jays, Grosbeaks, Finches, Creepers, etc., all the birds are happy as can be with this mix. All this activity though, has now also attracted a few Red Tail Hawks, & Northern Harriers I see flying overhead during the day, & calling out, that I never noticed before. So it has become quite the popular spot now, but the squirrels are on high alert at times lol. I began getting into wildlife photography this past summer, taking LOTS of bird, & wildlife pics, so this fall, about 2 months ago, I decided to setup a Gardman Feeding Station Deluxe, with a platform feeder, a bamboo long tail suet feeder(the Pileated Woodpeckers, as well as the other Woodpeckers, love this long tail suet feeder, as it allows them to use their tail as a prop when feeding on suet, like they normally do in the wild), as well as a regular suet feeder(one with Peanut Butter & one with Wild Berry blend suet cakes), & a mesh tray for holding larger fruit, & nut mix, to feed the birds here all winter long. I've always been a big wildlife nut, & this is just my way to give back, & take care of the birds, that give me so much joy to photograph, & watch each day. Thus far, the birds absolutely love the seed mix from Wagner I have been using. The river is about 100 feet out my door in back, so the feeding station is close by the river/woods, within 30 feet, so we get a LOT of birds. Unfortunately, the squirrels are also quite abundant lol (as well as a few deer even though I am in the city, we have a Doe with a pair of fawns who frequent our yard here in town). The first couple times filling with the Wagner blend, the squirrels had a hay day, issue easily solved though. I began using the mesh wire feeder to put out "Critter Crunch" specifically for the squirrels, basically a mix of corn, peanuts, sunflower seeds, dried fruits, & since, the squirrels no longer bother the birds platform, even though it is only about 2 - 3 feet above their mesh feeder. So if you are having issues with squirrels wiping out your birds seed mix, try offering the squirrels their own option for food. It worked great for me with all the Grey's & Red squirrels we have, it may work for you also.As for this Wagner Deluxe Blend though, I absolutely recommend it. I tend to be a fairly savvy, picky shopper, & it worked great with this product. Every time I go out back to check the feeders now, the area is full of life with the birds eating, & are becoming very accustomed to me bringing them their mix, & don't seem to mind me being near them either taking pics close by(within 10 feet), or filling their feeders. Another quick tip before I end this. When you are filling your feeders, you can use certain sounds to "call" the birds, or alert them to your presence. Try using either a psssh, psssh, psssh type call, or a seep, seep, seep call. Do this while you are filling your feeders, & the birds will become used to it, & become more comfy with you, knowing you are their to feed them, & are not a threat. I learned this from a diff site early this summer, & have been doing it since, with very good results. Many of the black caps, Nuthatches, & Downy Woodpeckers, have become very, very, comfortable with me being in their area. Just be warned, on occasion, some birds may not like this, especially during breeding season.Happy Holidays! Enjoy your birds while you still can. While they are still around to enjoy. Give back to Mother Nature. Birds love this stuff!

Birds go bananas!
Hot damn this birdseed is the talk of the bird town. I bought it and the neighborhood birds flocked and went crazy over it. Crazy I say! When I ran out of this seed, I bought a bucket of birdseed from the big box store. Well, now the birds hate me and have disappeared smugly. This food is kind of pricey, but let me tell you it’s a world apart from the cheap stuff. You’re going to be swarmed with birds, mark my word. I have it in a cheapo cedar feeder and wow. Just buy it.

Best Bird Food blend for small backyard use.
I was depending on this product to continue feeding week after week . . . now I see that it is currently unavailable. Not happy with that, because it is the right size bag for me, also it seems to have the right combination of seeds with no waste. I have purchased other type of Wagner's blends, but was not happy with the combination & type of seeds included...
