Used this for welding stainless to mild steel for a spring can on a dump trailer automatic cover workes beyond my expectations. Low spatter easy to use pricy but 100% worth it as getting argon would of been more pricy and obviously I'm using in a high torque application and its holding up great

Need to put one tack weld on a piece of 308 stainless to another 304 piece. This was way cheaper the. Buying the proper gas and stainless wire setup. The weld itself was perfect. Only compliant is the stainless wire just unwinds itself from the spool once you take the shipping tape of. What a mess.

Flux core stainless welding wire. I think it's the only brand offering it out there. Worked well for me. Saved the expense of getting another gas bottle for some small small projects.

I'm a professional welder of 9 years. I build large liquid fertilizer tanks and I was nervous about it. Wasn't sure if it would work. It is a really good wire. I used it on my trucks exhaust as I went with 304 and 409 stainless pipes and build it myself. So far so good. I will buy more in the future

Worked with my little Lincoln 125 to weld up cracks in my exhaust pipe. A LOT cheaper than buying a new exhaust.

Horrible welding wire. Has multiple breaks within the wire and once it reaches the break in the spool and let's go the spool will unwind and give a birds nest in the machine. Also doesn't get a good arch no matter which polarity you use. Absolute garbage wire. Should have just went and bought a tri mix bottle instead of wasting the money.

For what it is, this stuff kicks @$$. There are some other gassless stainless wires out there and I have given them all a shot and this stuff from blue demon runs the smoothest in all machines, has the least and most manageable slag. Expensive though, double what kiswell charges

works well in a lincoln mig .used it to repair a cruiser rail, and create a new design hand rail for stern. would buy it for sure again polishes up well

I ended up using 3 of these to get a job done. The first one I received was awesome and worked great. The next 2 where not put on the reels properly and had many kinks in the line, this made it difficult to feed on my machine and resulted in poor welds (no flow) and a lot of wasted wire. If I was not in a rush I should have sent back for exchange. Other than that the wire works and welds clean.

I was amazed how well I could weld with this flux cored stainless wire. Installed it in a lincoln 180. I never used gas in my welder so i don't know how it compares, but definitely easier to make a nice weld than with a stick welder. My experience is it welds almost as easy as regular mild steel flux cored wire. Works in vertical position as well as horizontal. not as nice a job as a professional tig welder can make, but acceptable for me.
