The World of Eric Carle(TM) The Very Hungry Caterpillar(TM) Lacing Cards: (Occupational Therapy Toys for Toddlers, Fine Motor Skills Toys for Kids)

We love these lacing cards. We have a “busy bag” our 4 year old shares with our 2 year old. We have coloring books, wiki stix, and these lacing cards and they LOVE THEM! Very thankful for these.They are accurately described, durable, a good quality, and easy to huge with little or big hands. Activity level is for little kids ages 2-8 in my opinion.

Great for the Eric Carle lovers. Good quality and easy to use. Stores in original package. Great for motor skill development.

My two year old loves this! Took a little time to get the hang of it, but now she’s a pro and loves them! Sturdy cards, the string is the perfect length. Love that it has its own storage, without taking up too much room. Super fun for parents and kids alike! Great pre cursor to tying shoes.

This is absolutely adorable and great for kids to help improve their motor skills! My son absolutely loves The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

Bought for my grandchildren to "sew" while I quilt, this is great! The girls enjoy sewing with grandma and it is my hope that the joy of "stitching" will continue until they are old enough to learn to join me with actual fabric and thread. The cards are heavy-duty and colorful. This is one of their favorite books and it was so nice to find that the cards all repeated the pictures from the book.

I bought this for my soon to be 3 year old daughter.Pros:-high quality product-large size board: perfect for little hands-is an educational toyCons:-hard to store: what I mean by that is the box itself has a clear plastic sleeve which slides over the box for storage, so it leaves 2 sides of the box at the top and bottom open and the robes could fall out of the box very easily. You also have to make sure the robes are organized in such a way in the robe compartment for the clear plastic sleeve to “shut” properly.

My grandkids kids LOVE the book, (and so did/do their parents!), so these are a great addition!They are very sturdy and cute and match the book.The 3 year old hasn't figured out how to lace them yet, but she has her older siblings (or mom/dad!) lace them and then she enjoys UN-lacing them! So, hey... whatever works! It keeps them all busy!

My 4 year old received this as a gift and he absolutely loves it! I did have to untie each of the colored laces before he could play. I also put a knot on one end of each lace too so he had a "stopper" to help with getting started. The only thing that would make this product better would be for it to be in a larger package... once the various cards are threaded, all the pieces will no longer fit for storage. I ended up using a ziplock bag and threw out the original box. You could avoid this by taking the laces out after each use, but with a 4 year old, this wasn't completely practical.
