It was my first time trying this flavor and made the mistake of mixing it with a juice. It was TOO sweet. However, I mix it with water only and it’s fine. Sweet but not as sweet as paired with another type of drink. The effects is fine. No jitters and no crash. The aftertaste is good too. It gives just enough energy for me to complete a full workout. I will buy again but will probably go back to the lemonade flavor.

I have tried this in several flavors, and I think the Hawaiian one is my favorite. The lemonade one is pretty good too. I like that this pre-workout gives me the energy I need to get going but doesn't give me the jitters like a lot of others do. It's way less intense than whatever crazy stuff many men use at the gym, which is perfect for me before a power flow yoga workout.

I've been buying Uplift preworkout for a year or 2 now and just recently tried the revamped product. Still love the way it makes me feel energized and strong without making me jittery (although I wouldn't recommend taking this on an empty stomach), however the new taste is so bad. It's like a mix of pineapple and peach?? If you like pineapple and peach you'll be fine, but I have to force this stuff down. I miss the old fruit punch or whatever it was lol.

I mix in one scoop and a little water, once it melts I add in more water. It has a good tropical flavor, not overly vitamin tangy at all. Also mix in with fruit smoothies and it was awesome. No jitters just a smooth up feeling that lasted for a few hours.

There is no evidence of tampering so I’mSure it’s supposed to be this way but there’s no way that there are 30 servings in there! Very disappointed in the amount that you get for the price! Do not recommend for that reason!

It’s a decent pre work out but the flavor is so freaking sweet it tastes like you sprayed some perfume in your mouth. Have to struggle to drink this.

I have used NLA for years and had to stop while I was breastfeeding. I'm so glad I can get back to using the pre work. Gives me the boost I need to get in a good workout. The flavor is so good too!

I absolutely love this product! It gives me just the right amount of energy to get through my workout without making me feel jittery. Love the taste too. I wish the price would go back down to its original. The price seems to keep going up every time I order.
