Kejora Fresh MEYER LEMONS - 4 lbs

I purchased 5 pounds of Meyers Lemons. 7 of the 16 lemons were moldy. The fresh ones were tasty.

I specifically ordered Meyers lemons for making Limoncello as recommended by many people. I was concerned that the lemons would show signs of rot or be soft since July is not really lemon season. But these lemons arrived in perfect condition. Beautiful color and great firmness. I will definitely buy all my Meyers lemons from here in the future.

I was having much trouble finding Meyer lemons in grocery stores near me so I ordered them on Amazon. I make my "famous" Meyer lemon marmalade each year, friends and family look forward to it! Though this was more expensive than the ones I've found in grocery stores, the size and quality was much greater too!! Large and juicy!!

They are bitter, smelled like mold before and after I opened the box. No evidence on any on the lemons.

I made this purchase because of a customer's review. The customer said they received 34 lemons in a box. I figured for the price, it was almost comparable to what I was getting and paying for from a local grocery store where I've purchased meyer lemons for at least 12 years, but the store discontinued carrying them. I only received 13 lemons. A far cry from 34. The taste is alright. They are not the standard orange colored skin and pulp. It wasn't a bad meyer. I've had true meyers many times since I was introduced to them over 40 years ago.

I love to bake with Meyer lemons, but they are often hard to find in my area. None this year at all. So I tried 5lbs from Kejora, and I could not be happier or more impressed with the quality. They came quickly and in perfect condition. I got a total of 34 good-sized lemons, all in excellent condition. If I continue to have issues finding them locally and in season, I will not hesitate to buy more from this resource. Highly recommended!
