The product was great. The communication was great. The delivery was a bit “tricky”. The product came with a dent in the top of the unit. Not too big, but noticeable for a product that costs more than $1K. Overall, satisfied but not ecstatic.

Nice case but the craftmanship was not acceptable. The front frame had some manufacturing defaults that should of been caught before quality control let item ship.
