Brilliant books. I enjoy reading them as much as my 6 year old daughter likes hearing them. Printed in a way that means she can also read them herself. Lovely characters. Subtle life lessons (dealing with 'mean girls') and gorgeous illustrations.

My daughter loves them

Having been a fan of Sophie Kinsella since her very first Novel - The diaries of a Shoppaholic. I was very happy to find Kinsella had written children's books when I was looking to upgrade my daughter's bedtime reading.These have brought magic to our evenings that I didn't expect.My 5 year old, ADHD child cuddled with me and we read the books together. Something that rarely happens.We'd previously read every Julia Donaldson book 20+ times (as my daughter loves repetition). But she immediately engaged with the first book, so I bought the set.We made her own computawand from an old mobile phone, and she'd act out being 'Mummy Fairy'.The humour in this book had us all giggling (including her daddy and 2 older teenage siblings) who were listening in the background.There are stop markers in-between chapters for children who can't listen/read an entire chapter at once. Some are around 10 pages long, others 5 or so.Sad when the books were over. But they'll definitely stay in our collection for a long time.

Great books just wish there were more

Recipient of gift happy. Books enjoyed as bedtime reading for a 5 year old. They were disappointed no more books were in this collection.
