Definitely go with Cricut this machine has so much software issues. You’ll waste your materials trying to do it right and it doesn’t. Mirrored it won’t. You turn off the app you unplug and still a waste of material

This is THE best bundle for vinyl crafting hands down. The amount of vinyl you get + the tools + the scrapers + the transfer tape, if you want to get started on vinyl cutting this is for you!!I've never owned a Silhouette before so I can't speak to previous generations but I was up and cutting less than 5 minutes out of the box. There were some whiffs on my part but after some Googling and YouTube, I found the perfect cut settings for Oracal 651 (the vinyl that came with the machine) are: 14 force, 8 speed. I renamed it "Vinyl, Glossy Actual Cut Setting". That's what works for my machine and it cuts beautifully!I waited a few weeks before posting my review because I wanted to crank out a bunch of stuff and really give the seller CrafterCuts a shoutout cuz shipping really isn't their fault and everything came perfectly! Brand new machine, all the tools, and all the vinyl!The number 1 reason I specifically picked this package was because I did NOT want the Silhouette pens. I knew I'd never use them and I didn't want stuff cluttering up my house! The machine is able to cut such intricate details and so quickly too! There was a bit of a learning curve on the software itself but it once you get it it really is so easy to use.I upgraded to the Business edition about a week later because you can do so much more and I found it on SwingDesign for half off the regular price, totally worth it! I can't recommend this machine highly enough!! I've made name cutouts (this is also where it wins out over Cricut cuz for calligraphy names it can automatically weld so you don't have to move each letter manually), lots of little bears, and tons more.My husband also likes the little bears and swiped the cookie one for his room XD This bundle is the best deal and if you like crafting, try it out! :)In the photos, the Hello Kitty is only like 1" big - it's on a name badge, you can see how tiny it can cut! So much fun :)))

Brought this item for a close friend and we have been using it together. I think the bundle was great because it had everything she needed to get started on her projects. I love the fact that I didn't have to go thru the trouble of finding all the items on my own and was able to get a bundle that had everything we needed to get started. The vinyl isn't the best but it still works pretty good, especially if you are a beginner and having to worry about trial and error as you overcome the learning curve.

I love this product, and I love that it comes with a vinyl set that I can use from the get-go. I'm a newbie at this, and it was so easy to start and get going.

The vinyl and transfer tape it comes with is very cheap. But I guess that's good for when you're just starting out. But definitely find better rolls of vinyl after you use it all. And the transfer tape is the worst. I wouldn't suggest using it at all.

Not very happy with the cameo 4. I've finally been able to sit down after getting it over the holidays and use it. The blade that ce with it is not cutting right. Almost as if it is used and the machine itself is very loud. It sounds like somethings grinding when it's cutting. After researching others have had similar issues. I'm still debating on sending it back. I thought this would be a lot nicer then it is.
