It's a Littman
I purchased this for my job in healthcare after my lesser quality one wore out. It's a Littman, and I truly didn't see a difference until I purchased one. The sound clarity and quality of the stethoscope are peerless. I'm very glad I spent just a little extra for such a good tool!

Superb Sound Quality and Extremely Well Built
This is an amazing stethoscope! I am beginning nursing school in the fall and have heard everyone say that Littmann is the way to go. I have a less expensive stethoscope at home and the sound with this one is so much better! The only drawback is that I'm 6'4" and it's a little short for me. However, that is very minor, and it does not affect the listening capabilities in any way. All in all, this is a great stethoscope and I would 100% recommend it.
