Starts flat batteries on my car.
This ring jump starter works as my car battery was flat as can be. Another make starter I had didn’t work. It’s only a 1.6 petrol. But my last one of these starts a flat 3.5 diesel Range Rover then a flat digger battery directly after. Don’t waste money on cheap makes. They don’t work. This one is brilliant and the smaller one of these also brilliant.

Not to bother with this item
Claims to be able to jump a 3.5ltr diesel. I had it on a Mercedes Sprinter which is a 2.2ltr. It was on for 15 mins and barely registered a click on the engine. The recovery guys jump pack that was supposed to be just for cars got it going straight away. Similar story with a piece of equipment I've got. Maybe I just had a bad one but mine was a piece of junk and I'll be sending mine back

Failed after a few months and Ring just ignored my warranty request
Used it a couple of times in anger when it was new. Worked well. Good powerful starter.When I went camping the battery pack wasn't that good as a recharging tool. Pretty rubbish.Stopped working after a few months and Ring just ignored my warranty claim. Rude gits. Stear clear.
