I was told by my Ex Army Brother in Law that this was a bad buy as the Army had fazed out Felt Insole long ago due to them causing blisters when even walking short distances. They were on the way already so I though, "I'm stuck with them."Fit my EMT Station Boots (Ex Navy 1992 Molder Boots) like a GLOVE! DO NOT SLIDE AT ALL! No sore feet outside of breaking in a New Set of Ex Navy "Cripplers". They are also warm, putting an extra layer between my feet and the cold concrete outside.Good buy and if you have reservation... don't worry. Also 2 pair for the price of one pair

Very nice!Warm and comfortable. Only issue was sizing maybe a bit small. I ordered 11 for my son and they were a bit short. He works outside standing tin the snow all day and they worked beautifully.

I bought these to use in winter to make my uninsulated boots warmer. What I've noticed:Just buy the largest size and cut them down. They will never fit right no matter what size they are.These add a lot more warmth when in the cold than they do when it is warm (so they are tolerable indoors for the amount of insulation they give outside).Warmth added to my boots is just barely noticable for me (and I don't tend to notice small differences easily, so they really do improve the warmth of these boots.Dramatically improved the comfort of my already favorite boots by making the sole more conformable on the inside.Takes up some of the vertical space in boots that previously needed the laces a little tighter than the leather really liked.

I was a commercial fisherman for many years and first started using felt liners in my fishing boots during the winter months to help keep my feet warm. I was amazed at how much the liners helped to keep my feet warm. If the get wet you can easily remove them to let them dry for the next day. I like to keep several sets of these on hand in case I need a quick change. The price is reasonable for the return on foot comfort.I am not longer a commercial fisherman but I am still very active outdoors hunting and fishing. The felt insert lesson I learned while commercial fishing is still applicable to helping me keep my feet warm.I highly recommend felt inserts for any outdoors person using rubber boots in cold weather conditions. They will help keep your feet and you comfortable and make your outing much more enjoyable.

Insoles are very thick.

I had these in a pair of older Sorrel slippers that I’d worn the insoles out of. These new insoles are comfortable and have since been removed and transferred to a new pair of sorrel slippers! They outlived the old pair so I’m happy.

At first I thought they had only sent 1 pair of insoles instead of the 2 they advertised. Then when I opened I saw they had skinned the insoles to about 1/2 their Normal thickness. Other insoles and felt boot lines are a full 8 MM thick. These were 1/2 as thick as my other purchased insoles. Work OK if you double them up, but beware if you were expecting to receive 2 sets of Full Thickness insoles - these are Not.
