Kenneth Cole REACTION Chelsea Chevron Quilted Luggage, Black, 20-Inch Carry On

So I was actually trying to buy a different piece of KC luggage I'd seen that was at an incredible price. Unfortunately, when I looked, the item was sold out. Under the section "you might like this", this "bundle" was offered. The price was incredible and I trust the Kenneth Cole brand to provide a quality product, so I ordered it. It came just in time for a quick turnaround trip very recently and it performed beautifully! It's classic look and design (another credit to the KC brand), roominess of both the roller and the backpack, and the ease of getting it into the overhead bin makes these two the perfect travel duo. As a rule I am not label or designer conscious, but Kenneth Coleis one who will get my consideration.

This little bag has no problem as a carryon, it’s lightweight, and very maneuverable. It also fits on top of my suitcase which I take as a check bag. The wheels are very nice and allow maneuverability in all directions. It also holds a lot. After reading some of the reviews I almost did not purchase it. Boy would that have been a mistake if I did not purchase it, because it’s the best bag I’ve ever had as a carryon. I did not understand some of the reviews it got. The color is as it says it is, black with gold zippers and looks great very classy. The zippers move well and seem like they will be very durable as long as you are not over stuffing it or shoving a laptop in that won’t fit. My laptop fits just fine in it, with an additional padded pouch I use to protect it, and there is still plenty of room without stressing the zippers. It’s got extra pockets inside and out for organizing. Very well made. I see people stuffing much larger bags in the overhead carryon compartments that shouldn’t even be allowed. This actually fits under the seat very nicely and I can still put my purse inside as long as it’s a small to medium size, with the laptop and other things. Great bag and I have not found anything I don’t like about it yet.

This product looks good but it’s cheap! Wouldn’t recommend it. Would prefer to return the items but I can’t. Straps have broken! Buy something else

Since I've bought this, I've taken it on flights internationally and domestically. It so far has held up and hasn't ripped or had any problems structurally. The one zipper gets a little stuck sometimes but, just a bit of a tug seems to do the trick. They look super nice, and I have had a lot of folks stop me and ask where I got them - which is a weird thing to compliment frankly but I'll take it! I do wish the wheels were a bit bigger and easier to spin around, but my only complaint is the sturdiness of the handle when pulled out. It's a bit flimsy, and while it hasn't broken yet or anything, it always just feels like it's going to. I also purchased the carry on bag which can be attached to this, as well as the laptop type bag and when I hook them onto the handle I really do worry about it breaking. It hasn't yet though so, Until it does - I'd say it's a solid purchase!

I am an avid overpacker, and I always need to check a bag. The past few hard side suitcases, I’ve owned (both pricey and inexpensive) have not lasted. I searched high and low for a nice soft side suitcase and THIS IS THE ONE! It has so much room. I love that it does not have two sides with compartments. It is made deep, so everything fits. The front side has storage, the inside front has storage for shoes, wet clothes or liquids, etc. It is very stylish too. Coming from someone who is extremely picky, I have nothing, but great things to say about the suitcase.

Specifically bought this because I have been searching high and low for a laptop case with wheels that will EASILY fit under the seat in front of me on an airplane. I didn't realize the outer dims would be so different from the inner dims on a soft-sided case. My laptop is 14 inches long and it doesn't fit in the main compartment of this bag. I have to put it in at an angle and can barely zip it. For some reason, this can only be accomplished at home or in my hotel room before I leave for the airport. At the airport, in a hurry, or on a crowded plane with everyone staring at you...and forget it! I can't get the bag to close up around my laptop. Also, the night before my first flight, I was packing it and noticed the zipper was already splitting on the side. Not the front side, where I am trying to force the laptop in. On the side of the case where there is no excess pressure happening. Before I even used it once. Needless to say, I made the mistake of using it once, was highly dissatisfied, and now I can't return it. And I won't use it again. So this was a waste of a lot of money. AND my search continues for a small rectangular carryon bag with wheels that will fit under the seat in front of me easily. I don't understand why that is so hard. I don't need all the pockets and compartments. I just need something to carry my laptop and headphones in, with wheels, so that I'm not breaking my back every time I have to travel. Hear me out luggage makers. 15x12x5 is all I need, with wheels. Soft-sided, so If I have the aisle seat (which is 90% of the time) I can squish it down more or angle it under the plug box. One non-bulky pocket on the outside for easy access to my boarding pass, passport, etc.

I usually travel about 5 times a year where I need a suitcase like this. It's perfect for my needs. It's held up great over the past year I've had it, it looks stylish, the wheels and handle work great and it holds all of my stuff. Half of the time I don't even need to have a carry on with me because I can fit everything I need for a week long beach vacation in here! I also love how it's a classic black color but the little detail of the gold zippers make it stand out in the luggage return. It's super easy to spot and the extra side handles make it easy to pull off the belt if it's on it's side or mixed in with other bags. I can't speak too much on it's durability if you're frequent plane traveler who checks their bags (the airport workers can be SUPER rough on luggage) but so far I've taken this on 3 round-trip flights and it's held up great even after being tossed around by the luggage workers I'm sure. Highly recommend!
