Great replacement. Quiet running.
This was super easy to install, but a few modifications had to be made. The wires were both thinner and shorter than the old ones, so I had to drill a new whole so the wires could reach and attach. Also, where the fan blades connect we’re just about 1/8” shorter, so I had to give just a little space between the blades and motor. All in all it works great and is super quiet, so I’m sure my neighbors are also happy. Great value.

Not an exact replacement but definitely works.
I bought this to replace the motor in my Carrier air conditioner. It wasn't too difficult to get to and pretty easy to get it out. I did find the wires were about 10 inches shorter than my old motor, so I soldered the old wires over to the new one. As some others have said, the shaft is a little shorter than my OEM motor. When I first installed the motor and turned on the AC, it made a terrible knocking noise. I found that since the shaft is shorter, the blades were hitting on the conduit for the wires. I had to put the fan as close as possible to the end of the shaft and this gave me the clearance I needed. All in all, the motor is quiet and works like a charm.

The shaft was a bit short
This was a fairly easy install. There are two things I did not like, otherwise, I would have given a 5 Star rating. 1) The wires were a bit short; so it was a tight fit to run the wires. 2) The shaft was also too short and the fan ended up too close to the body of the motor. The motor is very quiet so that's a plus.

Runs strong and quiet
I was a little worried when I saw that the wires were of much smaller gauge than the original motor. Maybe 16 gauge vs 10 gauge. The wires were the same colors. After running for 30 minutes or so, I held the wires in my hand to verify if they were getting hot. The wires were not hot at all. The condenser is in Arizona and has preformed well for the last several weeks. This was a great buy!

Good price and fit
Good price. Installation went well. The spacers on the 4 bolts were slightly shorter than my old one so the blades touched the plastic tube holding the wires. Had to make minor adjustment

Didn’t last one day :(
Purchased last year and just installed it this year, lasted one day. Motor is locked up. Sucks so bad!

Worked perfectly
Thought I was going to have to spend a ton of money on my a/c however this fixed it up right away. Did make sure I bought a fin removal tool too, that made the job way easier. Did need to splice a little extra wire on to make sure that everything lined up, but that wasn't hard at all.

Everything is said it was.
If your electrical board etc. Is on the bottom of your access panel then cables will need to be extended. If they are mounted near top then the cable was literally barely but just long enough. Easy install and no issues after a couple months.
