Best Gluten Free Pasta You Can Buy
This Pasta is excellent and is the closest taste/texture you can get to non-gluten free. The smaller shapes hold up well to cooking but don't overcook the spaghetti or linguine as it can break up into smaller pieces. I've served it to several people who have not noticed any difference. Highly recommended.

I am currently following a gluten free diet and when I first started, I was avoiding all pastas (as they usually contain gluten, even the wheat ones). When I started shopping on amazon, I came across these delicious gluten free pasta and after trying them, I can confirm that they are really tasty. Only thing that I do not like with the gluten free spaghetti is if you mix it with a thick sauce, it tends to break. So, please ensure that your pasta sauce is not too thick and add some pasta water when you are mixing the spaghetti with your sauce. You can also try to fry the spaghetti with some butter and add some parsley before serving your sauce on top of the pasta, instead of mixing with your sauce.

Excellent quality gluten free spaghetti
I’m celiac and have tried numerous brands of gluten free spaghetti. This ranks in the top 5 for quality. The price is also excellent as it is a bit cheaper than other brands of equal taste and texture, so a big win as celiacs pay at least double for everything! Cooks to the perfect al dente that we celiacs miss so much and can only get with really good quality gluten free pasta. Repeat order.

Good quality GF pasta, excellent taste and texture at a premium price
As my wife is gluten intolerant, we use this and other Garofalo gluten free pasta on a regular basis. The first time we served it my wife became alarmed and double checked the product because she thought it was too good to be gluten free. Anyone used to buying standard gf pasta found in many stores should try this, you will not want to switch back. The only significant negative is price, it is about 50% more expensive than Garofalo non gf pasta which is already at a premium price.

Excellent Alternative To Wheat-Based.
I've had to change my diet to low FODMAP and am very happy finding this option. It cooks al dente and is a great alternative to wheat-based. I thought the dietry change was going to spoil my food enjoyment but there are alternatives which have helped enormously - this being one of them. I can't now have garlic nor onions but have found Asafoetida (Hing) has worked well in Indian and other strong flavoured recipes instead (if anyone's nterested).

Me gusta mucho esta pasta. De todas las sin gluten que he probado, es de las mejores. Sabe un poco a maíz, pero al fin y al cabo, es de lo que está hecho. Tiene una textura y aguante propio de la pasta (es decir, no se rompe cuando hierve, que pasa con muchas SG).
