Works as it should. looked fairly new, with only minor scratches noticed. Battery fades a little quicker than a brand new device would, but this is to be expected. I plan to purchase another one for my husband.

I bought this because my old one (same model) doesn't stay charged and the charging cable doesn't like to stay in. The replacement is wonderful, no such problems.I really like the iPad Air - have tried other tablets but never found one even close to the performance of these Apple products. I use it every day to read, and often take it with me to open mics to use for backing tracks. Just a wonderful product.

They sent the wrong color that was in the description. Was supposed to be gold and received space gray. When I received the iPad I charged it with the cord that came with it for over an 1 hour said was charged to 100%. Setup the iPad and noticed battery had dropped 10% within 5 minutes of setting it up. Decided to let charge for over 2 more hours went to add apps and lost 15% battery within 10 minutes. Then decided to play a game to see how long the battery would actually last and within 20 minutes the iPad shut off because it died. Very disappointing.

Everything works well, with the exception of the battery life. The battery doesn’t last at all!! I have to fully charge at least twice per day!!!!

This iPad is sort of large for general use, but with a pop-socket on the back, it’s manageable. Now my menagierie of Mac products is complete: computer, phone, and iPad. Dependable, lightweight, easy to use, long battery life, and - gold!

The unit I received was in perfect like new condition. The included charger was an after market, threw it away and I'm using my Anker charger. The IPad so far is working flawlessly. Even though it's not brand new, or the latest and greatest, it's still snappy quick and a beautiful screen. I'm still an Android person but I love my IPad, and glad I bought it.

I had an issue with this 'renewed Ipad Air 2 with 1.5 months of purchase - it started getting hot when charging and just 'died' on day - never to be revived - Certified Reseller was quick to assist and stayed in contact with me until the full refund was provided - that's worth 5 stars in my book !!
