Very filling and good for people with gluten intolerance
It's extremely rare I can find energy or meal replacement bars I can eat, due to nuts and gluten allergies among other things.This one is the best option. It really feels very filling, and keep you fed for a good time.Also agree with the other reviews, it's delicious.Amazing product!Other bars feel too sweet, this is just right!

Meal replacement
Keeps me full, generally have one for breakfast and I’m then ok until lunch time. Taste and texture is ok but drops a star.

Not sure of taste
Items arrived quickly which was good. Have used meal replacement bars before and I think it's where VLCD companies seem to fail with the taste. Sadly the taste is really strange. As I ordered a pack of 7, I will be eating them however will not be reordering this flavour. Will think of trying other flavours but the taste has put me off bars which is a shame.
