FibaFuse Saint-Gobain ADFORS MAX 2-1/16 in. x 250 ft. Reinforced Paperless Drywall Joint Tape

I had some cracks I repaired with standard paper wall tape that all recracked. I used the 2 inch wide on the first layer and then the 6 inch wide as a second layer and the cracks have not returned. Great product I highly recommend and won't ever use paper tape again.

I've been a big supporter of the Fibafuse tape for years. It's thinner, stronger. easier to use, no more trapped air pockets, no wrinkles and it uses less mud, BUT, you couldn't use it on corners because your knife tears it. At first I was skeptical that this wouldn't tear on the corners, but in fact, it was no problem. If you're stoked about the results of Fibafuse on the flats and haven't used the MAX on the corners, you're in for a real treat. Corners have never been easier. You can mash this tape all the way flat into the corner on both sides. It's so flat and thin, that when you're finished, the corner will be perfectly flat and square. When the finish carpenter puts down the baseboard, he'll think you're the best taper ever.

This is easy to use. The great thing about it is that if some is showing after sanding it covers with paint. Just wear gloves putting this up, you will get the fiberglass in your fingers and arms which sucks

Best thing I’ve used in awhile

Heavy duty tape/fiberglass. I used to patch a water leak in a ceiling for a client. I am a woman who does not do drywall for a living and this tape was great for covering the new drywall and it covered smoothly and states that there will be no cracks.
