Recipe for preparing bread in the oven: you need: - 1 kg of baking mixture mix chleb baltonowski, - 40 g of yeast, - 560 g of water (temperature 21°C), 1 kg of the mixture in a larger dishes, add water (leave a small amount of water to dissolve the yeast) and mix, stand for 20 minutes. After the specified time, add yeast dissolved in water, knead the dough and let go. When the dough has risen, divide it into equal parts, put it in a greased baking pan, and let it go again. Put in a preheated oven (180 °C) and bake for 30-40 minutes. Put a dishes stuffed with hot water in the oven and bake together with bread. After baking, remove from the oven and allow to cool. Not suitable for people who are sensitive to gluten. Store in a cool and dry place. Minimum shelf life: on the label (also known as the name of the production batch). Ingredients: wheat flour, rye flour, natural rye sour dough, salt, baking enzymes.
