Yes they are very good use in regular shoes too

These are not good! super hard and uncomfortable. Feet are always moving forward and pushing against the front of your shoe. Not a good design whatsoever.

I think they are great! I use them without the little extra piece at the bottom and they feel comfortable to me. I have a pretty average size foot (size 10, normal width) and the insole never moves around on me when going out to eat or doing non physical activities. I did have to adjust to wearing them though but that only took me a few hours of walking around. Like mentioned in the title I would not recommend them for use on low top shoes. Even by removing the bottom piece, it's too big for my use (air max 1). It felt like my ankle would be prone to twisting if I even tried to use them.

Quality is top grade? Firm. The insert does not go all the way to the front of the shoes. I believe they can fit up to size 15 or 16 shoes. I'm currently using on a size 14 boot.

First of all, they work. I got just short of 3” taller with them. But, they are uncomfortable for me because I have high arches. I wish the bulk of the insole went further forward to support my arches. It feels like only my heel and my toes are making contact with the inside of my shoes. This makes waking an issue. I tried walking three blocks to the bank and back. It was kind of painful toward the end. Also, these don’t work too well with regular shoes. I put them in my athletic shoes and felt like my heel was right at the top of the shoe. I felt like I would slide out easily. They do work good in my leather 3/4 dress boots though.
