Bought these to stuff into my shoes to turn them into redneck olympic lifting shoes. They work fantastically for that purpose, and I feel like a towering giant, tiptoeing around the gym at my new height of 6'4". They're stable enough to squat ~500lbs, so I feel like they're stable enough to strut around in town with as well.

These do exactly as they say. They take a little getting used to and the bottom part of the spacer tends to fall off a little too easy but if these just live in your shoes permanently they work great

These are not good! super hard and uncomfortable. Feet are always moving forward and pushing against the front of your shoe.Not a good design whatsoever.

I ordered 2 of these because they work great. This is advertised as 1.8 inch height increase, but it’s actually around 1.25 inch, the main one is a about 3/4 inch, the little add-on is around 1/2 inch. It’s not cushiony, it’s more of a hard plastic, but it works for me and gives my feet the support they need.

The material quality is poor. it starts peeling after just 2-3 wears. Also, it's not as comfortable as advertised

The idea is great, but these do not fit regular shoes every well at all. It boosts your heel up so high that it’s almost out of the shoe completely. We purchased your actual height increasing shoes and those work much better because there’s extra heel material to cover the fact that you have that lift. The inserts are not for every day shoe usage, at least for the shoes my son wears
