I love my new balance pad. It is clearly constructed with high quality in mind. The non-slip surfaces work great. It is better than any of the balance pads I have had. The pictures in the instructions showed me exercises I hadn't tried.

So simple and so helpful! My knees need more stability. Using this pad activates all the muscles in my leg to strengthen my knees. To make a good thing better, it comes with a nice storage bag!
