Can this be used as a float charger? Trickle charger?

It's what I'm using it for. Been a month or so and it hasn't burned up and the battery has not overcharged.

Can i charge a 6v7ah sla battery with this charger & should it read 12volts on a voltmeter or something else when fully charged?

No, this charger is for 12 volt SLA batteries and you can't charge 6 volt battery, - it will damage it.

Will this charger work on SLA battery 12v 19ah?

Not quite well. This Charger barely can keep up with SLA Battery up to 12V 9 Ah. You better find something stronger with Maximum Output up to 2500mA.

What does it mean when the charger is flashing red and green.

Dear buyer, if the red and green light are flashing together, you are either not properly connected, or your battery charger and your battery are not compatible or your charger is defective. Could you pls reconnect the charger or change a battery to recharge. If it's still useless, pls feel free to contact us , we will be responsible.
