Always Been a Side-Sleeper.
I hate when my knobby knees, and ankle bones press down against each other when I sleep on my side. It's painful, and cuts circulation. I've tried no less than 15 "Knee Pillows" from the very small wedge-shaped knee spacers to the large standard-size pillows with a seam length ways down the middle. The Knee-T is the stand-out in this category. The size reaches from your thighs to your to ankle bones. The varied thickness's keep your legs level, and separated. They just don't make a perfect side-sleeper pillow, and I'm not sure if it's possible, but this is the best option to date, and by a great margin. "Sleeves" are constraining, and "knee-wedges" are too small. I like the bamboo cover. It's softer, and moves under the sheets easier when you change the side your sleeping on. The memory foam option lets my knobby knees sink into the pillow for additional comfort. Highly recommended!

You will have to pry it from my cold dead knees
I suffer from a pain condition in my knees so they can't rest against each other when I'm sleeping or they hurt too badly to sleep. I can't sleep on my stomach because I hurt my back on a bad break fall years ago. I can't sleep on my back because it makes my stomach/guts ache. So for almost 6 years I have been sleeping in these awkward twisted side positions and it took a long time to get to sleep. I was always on edge and just couldn't ever feel rested. This freaking pillow has changed my life. The foam is just the right cushion/support that my knees feel NO extra pain from laying against one another. It lets me lay completely on my side so my back is in line. Ahhhhhh. Thank you!Honestly it feels so damn good sometimes that I lay down and I am OUT. I used to get up in the night and would have trouble sleeping again. That would stress me out and make getting to sleep even harder. But with this pillow I don't have to deal with sensitive knees and can just get back to sleep in minutes. I hadn't realized how deeply ingrained my tiredness was until I got this pillow and slept so deeply I thought I was getting sick or something. But I was just comfortable for the first time in over 5 years.I will be buying another to stash away in case something happens to mine.

Nothing Wrong with this Pillow, just did not work for me.
There was nothing wrong with this pillow, soft and suportive but it did not work for me. First, it wasn't thick enough for me and second, I usually sleep with my legs curled, more than in the picture, and when you do that it no longer supports your entire leg. I need one that is thicker, not so long, wider and firmer. I did not like the leg strap and only used it one night. Used it for 2 nights total and the pain became unbearable so had to go back to my old pillow which I am not satisfied with but is much thicker.

Just what I was looking for
This pillow is awesome.I debated which pillow to get and was put off by the price on this one, but the fact that it was doctor designed and extra thick at the ankles convinced me to try it. The memory foam is very soft and comfortable, though if your legs are really heavy it may compress too much. I'm 5'2" and 185 lbs and it's fine for me. I find the pillow a little long, but my guess is most people's legs are a bit longer. What I especially love is the design of the strap. Once the pillow is "on," I can wiggle around and I don't lose the pillow. Sometimes it twists, or shifts up or down, but a quick push with my other foot gets it in place again, even if I'm half asleep. I know for a fact it's stayed on at least once in the middle of the night when I rolled over. Because the strap is anchored wide apart, there's a lot of space under the strap and it's super-easy to slide my leg into it hands-free. I usually just leave it under the covers and slide my leg into it when I hop in bed.Even on the first night I tried it, it helped my sleep - I didn't find it distracting at all. The material does get a little warm. This is awesome for me because it helps keep my foot warm, but if you run warm you might not like it.An added bonus is that if I roll onto my back, I can kick the pillow off and slide it under the back of my knees to keep helping my back.

Not perfect, but the best I have found
I've got an arthritic knee and have tried a variety of options for cutting down on knee pain while sleeping on my side. I've purchased a couple of thicker, shorter knee pillows (and knee braces and pads and regular pillows), but this Knee-T Memory Foam Leg Pillow works better than those options for me. I purchased the shorter size with only one strap - and suspect that the two strap option might stay in place better. Yes, it shifts around while you're sleeping, which is annoying, but overall, I believe it has cut down on knee pain and improved my sleep quality.

Ok cushion
Is a little stiff. Had to adjust to using it. I like to bend my legs while sleeping, not keep my legs straight all night. Does help keeping my arm from hurting from a frozen shoulder. Will continue to use to remain pain free.

Great Pillow
This is the most comfortable, softest knee pillow, I love it. Feels like there is nothing there.I have to write an addition to my review, it has been several weeks now since I have used the knee pillow and the pain in my lower back and sciatia has gotten much, much better.I highly recommend this pillow.

It does as advertised great pillow.
I am recovering from a broken leg and ankle and couldn't sleep on my side due to when I put pressure on my ankles it causes so much pain .I was a little skeptical about this pillow but was desperate, when I received the pillow it was like laying my leg and ankle on air it was so soft and silky.I still get pain but nothing like before, I have put it to the test by trying to sleep with out it, but the pain comes back due to the pressure of my ankles on the mattress. I must say our mattress is one of those super memory foam ones soft and so comfortable prior to my accident but not soft enough to cushion my ankles, with the support of the pillow I can be comfortable most nights. If there was anything I would change it is the strap that holds the pillow on your leg ,it is too loose this is the only reason I am giving a 4 star rating and not a 5. Apart from that cost is reasonable and delivery to Australia was acceptable I only had to wait about two weeks. Definitely recommend purchasing this pillow if you do be guided by the Back Support Systems people in what size to purchase.
