Received today. Coffee is goodbut the only thing that was in the box was the coffee pods. No sugar as mentioned in description. No cups as mentioned in description. And no stirrers as in description.update: customer service fixed everything.

I can barely get water to come through. It dribbles out. No problem with other brands.
