A Must-Have
This not-always-easy-to-find seasoning is fabulous for chicken. Eight to 24 hours before cooking, rub a cut-up or whole fryer with olive oil or canola oil. Season the bird with Ariosto (also inside the cavity if whole bird), pepper and paprika. Wrap airtight in plastic wrap or a large zip lock. Remove from fridge an hour before roasting. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Bland and flavorless
No flavor tasted like it was expired although it was not.

Delicious seasoning
I know this is supposed to be for sauce seasoning, but it's great on pasta all by itself with a bit of butter or other oil all on it's own. Delicious flavor! I can well imagine it being a wonderful seasoning in sauce as well.

I originally found these on a trip to Italy years ago. My absolute favorite all purpose seasoning. An Italian version of Lawry's.
