Two of five pens defective :(
I love this palette, however two colours aren’t working the taupe and sky blue. Any suggestions?

These pens work great.
I love these pens. When first used and still wet they are water soluble and can be blended. When they dry they become insoluble. Do not leak or drip unexpectedly.

just what I asked for / expected .
Drawing. Arrived a bit later than I thought but due to virus not surprised. yes, fine. All ok as i remember.

Unreliable
These are not that good. Some of them are almost impossible to get going, despite following the instructions religiously, and others suddenly flood on the paper. Would not buy any of them again. Their only saving grace is that they are a lot cheaper on Amazon than Derwent's own website, which isn't saying much.
