They look nice with the bumper
These bumpers are exactly what they promise to be: 2 short pieces of track with the plastic bumpers on them. They look nice with the bumper, which is fixed solidly in place so it won't come off the track piece, and allow you to close off the ends of loose track areas or set up a stock yard region. The pieces attach every bit as easily to the EZ track as any other Bachmann EZ track pieces. Just make sure you don't power your train into them as they are plastic bumpers with no give and are not designed to provide anything but a cosmetic effect. If you want parts of your track closed off instead of having some hanging rails and plastic catches out in the open, these are a nice touch to have.
