I was skeptical at first because tech is changing so quickly and by the time I research and make a decision to actually get something, something new pops up. But wow! So glad I got this before changing my mind. The sound quality is superb! It may not be that boom box you’re looking for but it makes up for that in crispness of the sound. You can actually hear the music!! Imagine that. I played it all day long at 50-60% volume with no issues. I was zipping around on my jon boat playing it (full volume when we were cruising) and Everyone commented on the sound quality too for being outside. By the end of the afternoon it was down pouring rain. Everyone was scrambling to get things covered and electronics hidden, yet this thing kept on playing in this summer rain storm. I was by this time shuttling people back to the house on the jon boat in the monsoon! It handled the rain like a champ. I was very impressed with the sound, battery, ergonomics of the handle, and waterproofing. For the value this is a great buy!

I was needing a new speaker and wanted to upgrade from my jbl flip 4. I stumbled across this one on Amazon and man I love this thing! Of course the directions are to fully charge it before you use it. I tried it just to make sure it worked, and then shut it off and charged it for a few hours. Sound quality is great! Acoustics are nice and you get a pretty good bass out of it. The battery life is the thing that sold me the most! I’ve used it at a couple of bbqs, parties, and mainly for the beach. Light weight and easily portable. The only thing I disliked about this, I bought it at full price before it went on say for prime day and like half off 😑😑 lol but oh well! It was a great buy!

This is a product I am really excited about using. I got it because I was in a party like a couple days ago and we were listening music on a wonderboom1 that I have (awesome product too) but there was a point we needed more volume for the party. I have been using the wonderboom for a couple years now, no complains there, and in fact is a very good speaker for indoors, and for outdoors too, we just need more juice for the outdoors.I got this and I immediately put it to fully charge. Once charged I tested it and here are what my initial observations:- Sound is crisp and bright. At low volumes music is not that bassy, but when you crank it up the bass kicks in. They are new new so I am going to break the speakers in and see how sound changes.- Construction is rugged.- USB port is C, it has simcard slot, 3.5mm aux in, a mic line, and of course the bluetooth.- Bluetooth range is not that great, so I will have to see how that works on the next party.- It is l o u d ! I've been listening to it at 25% volume for easy listening and belive me sometines I turn it down a little bit to hear the wife. I have only tested it at about 80% and sound does not lose that much of a detail and I don't think I will need more juice. Of course I have only tested it indoors, I still have to test it outdoors.So based on my tests I can say sound is crisp, bass is powerful (signature is not warm though, so bass heads might not like that, and also they still have to run through the break in period), sound is enjoyable, rugged construction, and overall I am satisfied with the purchase. There are no competitors at this pricepoint with those specs (that are also not a bogus brand). I will update review when I have more to share.

This speaker is perfect for the outdoors. Just got back from camping ⛺️ at Lake Isabella, in California. We had this speaker at full volume and it didn’t disappoint. The design makes the sound like it’s coming from all around. I own the JBL extreme 2 and this Monster blows it out of the water. JBL is a great speaker, don’t get me wrong. Monster is louder with a bit more bass and the battery 🔋 life is fantastic. Like every Bluetooth speaker must give time to break in.Design, sound, battery and the PRICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(We noticed that the sound was better when we hung it and placed it in the middle of camp)

Is disproportionately loud for its size, which is awesome. Love the dumbbell design, fits right at home in a gym lol. One criticism: So it comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable, which charges it fine. But my regular USB-C to USB-C gear doesn't seem to want to charge it, which leads me to believe that this device isn't actually USB-C compliant, it's just using the connector du jour. Even more concerningly, if you read the manual, it specifically states NOT to use any charger over 5V, even though (if you're adhering to USB spec properly) it's supposed to negotiate what power to draw. So that is concerning from a future-proofing standpoint (USB-A is going away; USB-C will be with us for a long time I think).But yeah, the sound! And an IPX7 waterproof poolside or boat speaker!This may be the "boombox" you've been waiting for. Happy with it so far! Now that I bought one for myself to "audition" it, I may have to gift some to others this Xmas! :)

Best money I ever spent. Great for backyard. Sound is the best. Easy to connect. It’s cute too

I loved this speaker, the sound quality is great and the battery life is great, but after two years the charging port just suddenly quit working. This was a lightly used speaker so it was disapointing to have have to replace it so soon.

Picked this up for $75 on Prime Day and I’m really impressed. I listen to mostly podcasts and the voices are very clear with no distortion. My son only listens to music and he loves it too. Just paired it to my tv to see if there’s any delay and it’s clear with no annoying delay. Has paired quickly and hassle free to the 4-5 devices we’ve tried. Even at full price I’d be happy with this speaker.The only con for me personally is the size and weight of it. Feels well built but coming from JBL Flip 4s and 5s it feels massive haha. The carrying handle makes it easy to move around but this thing would take up most of a regular size backpack. The flips you could put in a hoodie pocket but I think this speaker sounds better.
