A Cut Above the Rest
I've always believed that a great shave doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg, and the HATTEKER Men's Electric Shaver certainly reinforces that notion. This 3-in-1 grooming marvel has been my trusted companion for 6 months, and while it's not without its quirks, it has proven its mettle in more ways than one.First things first, let's talk about the shave. The HATTEKER shaver delivers a remarkably close shave that can rival the precision of a wet razor. It's the kind of shave that leaves your skin feeling as smooth as a baby's bottom, and that's a testament to its effectiveness.A stand-out feature of this shaver is its assortment of interchangeable heads, which infuse a welcome dose of versatility into your grooming regimen. Given my weekly usage, it certainly puts in some overtime, causing the heads to exhibit signs of wear and tear sooner than I'd like. Now, tracking down replacement heads isn't a stroll in the park. While the heads inevitably wear down with time, the quest for replacements can prove to be quite the scavenger hunt. When I initially picked up this shaver as a quick replacement as my old one of two years stopped working, I had modest expectations. However, it's exceeded those expectations and then some. I've discovered that it's more than capable of handling light hair growth, making it ideal for folks like me who don't need a powerhouse of a razor. This shaver proudly flaunts its water resistance, making it a versatile choice for both wet and dry shaving. While I lean towards the latter, it's worth noting that it strikes a balance on the noise front. It's not whisper-quiet, but it's far from being a disruptive disturbance, allowing you to enjoy your morning shave without turning your home into a sonic battleground.Battery-wise, it's still holding its own after 6 months, though it does drain a tad faster now. Still, I get multiple shaves from a single charge, and it easily lasts me a week or more with my light grooming habits. Now, here's the unique selling point for some - you can actually feel the razor doing its job. It's not a gentle whisper; it's firm, purposeful tiny pulls at your hair. Personally, I enjoy the sensation, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea.In the grand scheme of things, the HATTEKER Men's Electric Shaver might not be without its quirks, but for the price, it offers a solid performance and durability that's hard to beat. If you're looking for a budget-friendly grooming companion that gets the job done without breaking the bank, this classic black wonder might just be your best bet. It's mess-free, efficient, and perfect for those who crave a close, tactile shaving experience.

Remarkable value for money
First, some background. I had never heard of Hatteker until a friend recommended their Professional Hair & Beard trimmer. I bought it, and was amazed at how good it was for the price. So when I needed to replace my ancient Remington shaver (I dropped it, and it wouldn’t work properly) I immediately looked at the Hatteker range. This item looked just what I needed - I’d been wanting to try a wet or dry shaver for a while, and at the price it seemed like a steal, especially given that it came with a handy small trimmer for my moustache and a device for removing all those pesky hairs from my nose and ears. This device doesn’t have the comforting heft of the Professional trimmer, but it seems well enough made. It also sounds, if I’m honest, a bit weedy! However, the results in use have been more than acceptable - used dry it gives a closer shave than my Remington ever did, and used wet with a decent shaving foam the results seem pretty close to what I am able to achieve with a 5-blade razor! Full disclosure, I have used this only on my neck (as I said, I have a beard) but even without a beard it was always the neck that I found suffered from razor- (or shaver-) burn, and that now seems to be a thing of the past! So, it’s a really nice product that does the job it’s intended for really well. I have some small reservations about how well it will last, but that's speculation, and at the price I can’t complain. I have only one real criticism - that the clear protective cover for the shaver cutters is a very loose fit, and barely stays in place unless secured with a rubber band or two.

Okay razor
I purchase this razor for myself for ages and have had it for around a year, the product is okay, the accessories are very poor and don’t really work, the main piece also has cut me many times as it can’t catch the skin if you go from the wrong angle, I would not recommend getting it! It does have a good battery life and does work for the money

Does the job
On first impressions when you take this out the box, it has to be said I felt disappointed and feeling I made a bad choice buying cheap. But that is what it is a cheap shaver, a really cheap shaver at £25. But to be fair to the product for that very reason, it gives a good shave, the head is easily cleaned and it interchanges easily and all parts work as they should. I think the first charge lasted close to a week and half to two weeks, not sure the second charge is going to. It is very lightweight and feels what it is plastic. The head in my opinion is too big as in around the blades I think this could have been reduced. The heads a would think will need replacing sooner than normal but remember it’s cheap anyway so with a good make of blades could be a bargain shaver. Overall, anyone that has to be seen with a brand this isn’t for you , will it last years, who knows but it doesn’t feel like it, but does that matter when you’re only spending £25? I almost gave it 3 stars but I think in view of price it was worthy of 4. If this last longer than a year which I’m sure it will, it’s a bargain and worth the money.
