What size is Small vs Medium? I see not size chart.

A small is 4.5 to 7 according to the women’s size chart on the darn tough website. A medium is 7.5 to 9.5.

Not sure what size to get. I wear a 9 1/2 hiking boot

I suggest a medium. I am a size 9 in a hiking boot and a medium fits me well. The darn tough size chart says medium is size 7.5-9.5.

Are these for hiking?

I use them with summer hiking boots and found they dry quickly. I wear heavier thicker socks with winter hiking boots.
