Defect in the side pocket! Great back support and ample room for lots of gadgets.

Bought this every spacious back pack and after. Week of carrying it around I noticed a huge gapping opening on one of the side pocket. That's where my lotion, charger etc fell through. I actually love this back pack for his design and spacing- I could travel with it and another carry-on and be fine!. Excellent back support! I just requested a refund receipt so I am able to return at an Amazon. Sadly they need to review it prior to approving this. At $150. It should be simpler. So now buying another one, and hoping there is not a defect in the new one.
