Great press
Great little press easy to use. Slides a bit so put on a no slip surface. Seems robust and easy to clean Recommend it. May need extra support blocks for plate but really does the job

Great machine does what it’s designed to do
Used this for straining about 100 Apples for cider . Great sturdy machine . Built to last . A couple of obstacles . The instructions could be clearer and the manufacturer should provide more wooden blocks, so that more pressure can be applied when turning. Otherwise you have to order more separately. Not good when your keen to start . I used the wooden block provided as a template and with a multi tool cut more from a wooden plank I had in storage. This solved the problem. If you are slicing fruit to begin with . I found using a blender to cut fruit into smaller pieces (contrary to what the instructions say as long as you don’t puree them) This helped quicker with the straining process and getting more juice .

Easy to use.
Quite simple to put together. Instructions clear, although it is difficult to identify "cut edge" of slats and no mention of how to use plastic washer. It did need additional spacing blocks. In use it was simple and effective.

Apple press
Fruit press arrived very quickly, was well packaged with everything necessary to start juicing including a comprehensive instruction booklet. The press itself was very well made, of robust construction which should last many years.

Good amount of kit that works well.
Very good value, All bits and pieces which came with this press, worked very well. Straining bag excellent holds up well no tears. 6 litres nice size to use compact. Only one problem, Two of the side wooden ruts came loose and had to be super glued in place.

Initially thought it was small...then all the apples were gone and it didn't matter anymore!
Excellent little press and in my opinion good value for money. Guide book is nice to read while somebody else has the fun assembling it (don't worry its VERY easy). Pressed my apples with no fuss at all and juice enjoyed by the whole family. Yes you need more wooden blocks if you don't have many apples, easy to remedy and if you cannot do this you probably shouldn't have the press in the first place! A good purchase.

Great fun...
....but a bit of a guddle. If you have a lot to do, you need something bigger. We did a (large) trug-ful of apples and it took ages. Also (as other reviewers have noted) you need to add your own spacers - a couple of short lengths of 4x2 does nicely. The torque handle also tends to slip off (I nearly smashed my kitchen window the first time!) so take it easy - much easier with two of you. And even soft fruit like grapes need to be smashed first - the press simply doesn't have the oomph to crush it all on its own. As i say though - great fun. And if you're making wine or cider, DO please try the fruit juice straight off the press. Delicious.

Brilliant apple press
Like many this year we had a glut of apples we began by pressing apple juice and have moved to cider. Very easy to do and assembling the presse is easy, but I suggest you really read the instructions as getting it wrong can mean dismantling (as my husband found out)!
