This book was informative and digestible. I used it as a reference to look at how algorithms were implemented and for background information.

Great, accessible presentation of DSP concepts. The math behind some DSP algorithms can be quite complex for pretty much anyone who didn't get into STEM. This book does a great job of breaking down some of those algorithms in understandable Matlab code and examples.There are many good videos on youtube on DSP and it's good to diversify the sources of information, but the DSP resources I always go back to are:1. This book, plus the supporting website2. Will Pirkle's books, especially "Designing Audio Effect Plugins in C++" 2nd Edition, , plus the supporting website3. The freely available “The Scientist and Engineer's Guide to Digital Signal Processing" by Steven Smith

Exposé pratique des processeurs audio digitaux écrit dans un style très abordable. Ne pas s'attendre à un exposé mathématique complet de la théorie du processing digital du signal mais à un texte simple qui me semble tout de même assez complet et richement illustré. Attention au fait qu'il est préférable d'avoir accès au programme de calcul Matlab pour exécuter les nombreux exemples. Je l'ai lu en parallèle avec le livre Digital Audio Theory de C.L.Bennett.
