Can't complain, great sounding for the sizes and the best option for me as a little practice kit to squeeze in a tight spot! Its a real kit and plays like one and the kick is pretty punchy dry and sounds pretty decent open too! I wouldn't recommend as anything but a practice kit though. I bought this kit as an alternative to practicing on a normal kit due to Covid lockdown. It works fine as a practice kit and I'm sure it will work fine in a small, acoustic setting. The only issue I had was that the tension rods do not sit correctly in the lugs without the lugs bending. It's almost as if the rims of the snare and the bass drum are too big for the drum. It doesn't really effect the sound of the drums, I just think it's the sign of a mass produced small kit.

When I opened the box I was very disappointed to find only the bass drum and snare drum. Many of the pictures include stool, kick pedal and hi-hat but all you actually get is a small bass drum, a snare drum, and the hardware to assemble them together. As an ex pro drummer living in a small town house, this is perfect. Great build quality, sound and look for a very good price!
