Check sizing immediately!
I ordered 5 pairs of these curtains. I immediately hung the first pair to be sure I was satisfied with them. They were perfect, so I did not hang the others because we were waiting to have our bedroom painted. We finally had that done. I hung the curtains today only to find one pair totally mismatched in size. I checked the last pair to find them okay. I want to replace the faulty pair, only to find out that my "window of time" expired two days ago. I am not asking for a refund, only an exchange for a faulty pair. I will accept that I did not follow the return guidelines, but foolishly I assumed that all pairs would be as great as the first. Not so! Please...can I make an exchange?

Great value (at some price points) with sturdy blackout curtains
A dark room is VERY important for my daughters...we really value sleep over here! These are great curtains that definitely black out most light. Some creeps out of the top and out of the grommets, but I'm hoping that'll change once I add a couple more panels. The only complaint I have is that their price fluctuates SO much! I bought them for $30 for a set of 2 and they then jumped the next week to $47 for the same exact set! I also saw they were as low as $20 as well...so I'm sitting here waiting for the price to go down to buy more.

Complete Light Blocking
These are definitely 100% light blocking. I am using these on a window that gets strong full sun at high altitude and zero light comes through. (You can see in the picture how much light comes through the top and sides, but that is not the fault of the curtains, and I'm going to get some adhesive magnetic strips to help remedy.) If these curtains were flush with the wall, the room would be pitch dark. There is a very small strip, perhaps 1/4", along the bottom seam that the light blocking material does not reach. This is not an issue whatsoever for me and I wouldn't notice it if I didn't hold up a flashlight to it (it may be a slight issue if using for patio doors or floor to ceiling windows). My flashlight, even at the highest setting, does not penetrate the rest of the curtain when held against the fabric. These are very heavy and attractive, and the back is lined with white fabric so they look good from the outside looking in, too. By far the best blackout curtains I've ever purchased.

Excellent value
Two different sizes used in one room for two different functions. One is covering a bedroom window, and the other is covering a hanging clothes closet. AmazonBasics Room Darkening Curtain Rod (B0792TFYMJ) was installed for both applications. Scotch Removable Fabric Tape (B07BYVYK1W) was used to adjust the length of the panel over the closet. VERY SATISFIED :)

Blocks out light - handmaid's tale color
OMG I Love it!! Where do I start? Well for one it blocks the sun. I have a dog that loves the bathroom so I have to leave the door open. The bathroom gets a ton of ligrh early in the morning waking up my princess who then whines to go outside and then wakes me up grouchily. This morning I'm writing a review in bliss!! I can see that it's bright in the bathroom but my room is still dark. Very very nice.Second thing I love is the red Handmaid's color. I got it along with another set to see if I'd like a height that was tall and I do!Third and not for everyone, when my dog popped her head from outta the bathroom and looked at me it looked as if she were on the theater and was checking out the audience. Silly, I know but the curtains give that vibeWhat I don't like? Hard to say. Maybe a smidge wrinkled? But hardly

These do an amazing job of blocking light and look great doing it
We live in a Victorian house which means our windows are all really tall. Think six feet or taller in some cases. They're also all single pane so insulation is almost non-existent. I was afraid we'd never find something under $100 that looked good, was long enough, and blocked out light, drafts, and heat loss. These are exactly what we needed. We put these up in our teenager's room because a neighbor's yard light kept her up at night. They worked too well. She now sleeps until noon! We're so impressed we've order more for our other two bedrooms and will be putting them on all our lower floor windows as well. I can't wait to see the difference in our winter heating bills.

Amazing value
We have relatively light shades in our bedroom. It always bothered me in the mornings when the light would shine through and wake me up before I was ready, especially on the weekends. These blackout drapes are amazing. The price was what got me to buy them, once I put them on it was night and day difference literally! No more light ruining my sleep, you can sleep all day on the weekends, you literally have to set an alarm or you will sleep through the evening. My sleep improved a lot. As an added bonus they reduce the street noise as we live on a busy street.Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Blackout?! Yes ma’am.
I bought these for our second bedroom as we get lots of morning light and will soon have an infant to welcome into our family. I am impressed with the quality of these curtains. They truly are blackout. The brown curtains weren’t my first color choice but I think will work out fine in the room.

Form, Function and Value
We recently redid our bedroom. The designer was recommending 5K custom window treatments. We decided to hold off and think it over. I stumbled across these and ordered them on a whim. Turns out they are really quite nice! Fabric is a good quality and they do a great job of blocking light, heat, and even muffling sound. Wrinkled out of the box and doesn’t resolve with hanging so you do need to iron or steam. The basket weave texture is nice and it’s a great neutral colour. Is it AS nice as the 5K set? No quite - but not all that far off. Not 4.8K off, that’s for sure. Put it this way - they certainly don’t look cheap. Highly recommended.

Finally I have escaped my neighbour's constant need to have their lights on!!!
I seriously hated my neighbours cause their bedroom window is a couple meters away from ours and despite both of us having blinds, mine aren't thick enough to block the light and they are inconsiderate enough to never close theirs. SO- I found these and paired them with the "Umbra Twilight Double Curtain Rod" and it has completely blocked out the light. That combined with a noise machine has seriously helped me be able to get some sleep in this apartment building (at least until my neighbours had a baby).

Great value blackout curtains
These curtains are wonderful! True blackout, there is just a little light that comes in around the top and bottom of the curtains. The basket weave pattern adds a little visual interest, and they don’t look utilitarian.I ordered 3 different styles of Amazon Basics blackout curtains for my home’s 3 bedrooms and these were by far my favourites.

Wrinkled
It is nice colour, heavy, but unfortunately it was wrinkled. I have ordered 2 pair, one pair was OK after I washed and dried them, but the other pair is still wrinkled, after I washed and dried them twice after I unpacked them. I don't understand why, since it is both the same material. I am not happy, that is why I gave 3 stars.

Fantastic quality for price
Very happy with these curtains. They’re a bit stiff because of how thick they are, but doesn’t bother me. Excellent black out curtains. Pattern is very nice. Would recommend.
