Badass, but too overbuilt. More of a nuisance.
I work on a schooner and last summer, while furling the jib, my old strap broke (the spring bar popped out of the watch), and I almost lost my old Luminox 1570 field watch (a classic gentleman's watch, not one of those newer, 3-inch diameter monstrosities) in the Hudson river. This led me to seek out nato / zulu style watch bands, because if one spring bar fails, the watch doesn't fall off your wrist. But there's a million "nato" straps out there, and many of them appear to be junk. I needed something that could take a beating but still look good when I wore it with business clothes.Let me tell you, this band is super strong, stiff, and will last forever.BUT BE WARNED:1. It's so thick (about 1.5 mm) that it won't fit through the spring bars of my Luminox.2. It's difficult to get on and off. Because the material wasn't cut out enough to let the metal tongue (the thing that goes into the holes in the strap) have enough clearance to move freely. I had to heat up an old screwdriver on the stove and burn a slot into the nylon to allow for proper clearance.3. It's not in any way a business-dress watch strap.I ended up going to a corner shoe & watch repair shop here in NYC and bought a pair of thinner-style spring bars. This allowed me to fit this strap on a Timex that I use for my beat-up watch. So, final words: This is a badass strap that lacks refinement. It belongs on a badass watch. For my Luminox, I bought BluShark—which is an excellent watch strap.Hope this helps.

Great band. Long in Length
My wrist is about 7.5 inches around. This band is just a little more than 12 inches long and when on my wrist snug it leaves about 1 to 2 inches of unwanted material. You could trim this off. The band has three holes remaining at this point. The band is pretty stiff and very durable. After working it around for a few minutes it started to soften so I feel that this stiffness is not a problem. The metal rings were also a bit stiff and stayed in position but if the strap softens I would expect that these will as well.See the images

BRILLIANT!
Finally, A watch strap that works and is almost completely fail-proof!Pros:+ Simple to install+ Well made and very sturdy+ Extremely secure+ Inexpensive+ Double-ring retainers+ ComfortableCons:- Takes a little bit to break-in before becoming comfortable- Had to custom trim length- Wish one of the two rings was either adjustable or spaced further apart (would not have to cut length)

Very stiff, and rather scratchy
This band is very thick and stiff, making it hard to wrap around the lugs of the watch cleanly. The seams on the back seem unusually scratchy as well. On the other hand, the hardware (buckle and keepers) seem decent and well-made. I would recommend Maratac's bands -- much more flexible, and higher quality for approximately the same price.

The Zulu G10 "Requisite Goods" are better quality then daluca
The Zulu G10 "Requisite Goods" are high quality. Compared to the daluca, they are a lot better and they are cheaper.I wish they had more options for size and colors but they are very well made

So far the band is good and sturdy
So far the band is good and sturdy, I would have given it a five but I will give the five at the end of 2016 to see if the product holds up.
