You may find this hard to believe but adding a legit copper supplement can (with some time) reverse the gray & white that comes with age. That said, a lot has been made about taking in more C & zinc as they are important to immune function. That news has reached most people to this point, but the caveat of their copper depleting properties in the process has not.Copper is somewhat challenging to get proper amounts of from diet already, so if you are taking extra C or zinc, you probably need to add copper.In my case, I saw marked improvement in hair color after about 6-8 weeks of taking daily, so I swear by it now. And I can say definitively that this brand actually contains copper, not some mystery powder.

Labwork has shown an increase in my copper levels which is needed to absorb iron supplementation - along with vitamin C. This is enough proof to me of the effectiveness of this Swanson product. Albion chelated is more easily absorbed for short limb sufferers. Just wished it was in capsule form....maybe a product for later from Swanson!

I was looking for an easy to swallow copper supplement and so far this is the best one I have found. Very tiny capsules that go down easy.

I take a lot of zinc. Which I found out causes you to lose copper. Then I found out Einstein died of copper deficiency. So I immediately came on and ordered some. I take it once a week. So I have not noticed a difference. But I honestly do not think you would. Pills are small so very easy to take.

This Swanson brand chelated copper is easy to swallow and I'm happy with the product. I take copper because I take zinc which does deplete copper out of the body. I would purchase this product again. Thank you.
