I was looking for a large 36x48 frame for a desert tapestry I had purchased and this SnapeZo is perfect! It is SO easy to use! It does not have glass, but rather comes with two different plastic sheets (glossy and matte) to place over your poster or tapestry). Unfortunately my tapestry is uneven but the frame holds it up nicely! I am really pleased. Yes, there are a couple of marks and imperfections on the frame itself but nothing too noticeable and was expected for an item this large. The gold looks so good! I love it!

Okay these are seriously cool! So all four sides of the frame are hinged. Each side snaps up, you put your picture in and the acrylic on top and snap the sides back down. That's it. Now that being said, the acrylic is chintzy. It's textured and very, very thin. Out of the 3 frames I've used so far, the acrylic was scratched on two of them. I'm using them for my water colors which are bold and bright so the marks on the acrylic do not really affect them. But it seems to me that once you've gone to the trouble to make such a cool frame that you could do better with the acrylic. Also, they are screwed directly into the wall, which means once there you can't easily move them somewhere else. This may be an issue for me, because the gallery is not going to want to screw something into the wall that will change once the picture is sold. But this is a down and dirty framing and matting because they wanted something quickly. So we'll see

UPDATE: Upon reading my review, I was contacted by customer service stating that they were appalled by my receiving of damaged goods. They promptly sent me a new frame, which is working marvelously. I appreciated that they reached out to me to rectify the situation. THAT'S good customer service! +1 Star! I still wish the overall frame structure was more sturdy, so I still can't give it a full 5 stars, but quality customer service is definitely hard to come by. Thank you for that!The snap frames are a really neat concept. It was super easy to frame a giant, 3 piece map. Instructions were very clear. I gave this item a 3 because, for the price, I was hoping for something a bit more sturdy. The metal snap pieces have some bulk to them, but the back is flimsy. When you pick up the frame, it bends and wobbles. I also gave it a 3 because one of my frames has blue paint on the corner. No damage to the boxes from shipping so this clearly happened during production and was not caught during quality control. I dont have time to return the damaged piece (and the poster will be hung high enough that no one will see the paint) I would have liked to receive undamaged goods.

The frame is heavy duty and high quality. The backing is not solid and the frame will bend and flex when carrying it or moving it. If this was mounted permanently against a board, it would be ideal. I purchased it for use in my home to display renovation blueprints. It was very easy to use. One issue I had was it definitely feels built for changing out the poster framed, not for long term or archival use. The second is that the frame corners do not meet cleanly. There are small gaps, but not enough to make it a big problem. All in all, a good product but I'd suggest against it for home use. Business or office is best.

This was TOTALLY not worth the cost. The hinged frame sides is convenient, yes, however, the plastic cover is flimsy. Picture frames are hardly tacked on the first time with one shot, many require some light manhandling to before the exact spot is located. After a few times of moving it around, the photo slipped down and had to be re- positioned before it could be hung. Also, corners of the metal frame became separated and had to be pushed back in to secure it from dangling off. To be honest, I’ve purchased photo frames from Walmart and Spencer Gifts that were much, much cheaper and had better quality.

So ugly. I’m not sure why this frame got so many good reviews. It looks super cheap plastic. I guess you get what you pay for. I wasn’t expecting a museum’s quality frame, but I was expecting something that would at least look nice.

I purchased this frame in a large 3' x 4' format to frame a poster size photo I blew up. It came quickly and intact and was extremely easy to install the picture in the frame. Adjustments were not needed, since it fit perfectly. I was able to choose between the clear and matt finish overlay. I chose the matt finish to minimize glare in a bright space. It was easy to reinstall a second overlay without taking the entire frame apart like I would have otherwise. I attached it with several velcro type fasteners for easy removal in the future without marring the wall, but I don't think I'll need to remove it since it is great in the current space. I would consider this frame again in a heartbeat.

These things are slick. You can mount a frame to the wall permanently and perfectly level, and then remove the front to replace the contents of the frame without removing the actual frame from the wall. Perfect for any framed item that you want to change regularly.I used them in a home theater for movie posters and they worked wonderfully.The plastic covers do add some protection over the print, but also add a bit of a glare. If the print you're using is fairly stiff or has a laminate or other strong coating, you can just forego the plastic cover. Note too that the plastic covers look differently depending on which way faces out. So be sure to try both, and if you have multiple frames, be sure that they match.
