It works well. It does unclog my hisband’s breathing. However it only works when he takes the pills.

Changed ingredients
The bottle sent does not match the ingredients listed. It appears they replaced Xanthium strumarium with echinacea.For me, since I buy chi enterprises’ products looking for the specific ingredients they have listed, it’s very disappointing.

Great alternative to drug store sinus stuff. When my nose starts to itch I take some and the itching stops within 30 minutes!! Love this stuff!!!
