Please dont stop making this or change the formula- it's perfect. You need a good brow applicator brush with an angle. It makes a huge difference. It lasts all day without mess and washes off cleanly. Many brow prodcuts have ingredients which can actually cause brow loss. Or you look like you painted them on. This stuff is amazing. You can have a full soft look. It even fooled family. It fills and blends in bare spots well. Try mixing 2 for the perfect match. I mix charcoal and taupe to get a rich soft neutral brown with no weirdness and does not make me look clownish. The waterproof ones are all too heavy and shiny. This just looks natural. Just experiment. If you use a lot of mousturizer or liquid makeup then you may want to use powder to set it. If you use mineral makeup you wont need to and it will double the hold. But i have used this with bare skin and full makeup and it holds. No it wont be like the paint on kind that's waterproof, but it survives hot weather, sweat, oil, long days, etc. What i like is you can build coverage as you want to get the look you want. Mistakes are easy to fix. Some days you want big brows and this stuff delivers. Other days a light touch and it can do that because the powder is fine enough to get a clean line which is not true for all powders. It's the closest thing to the original clinique brow powder, or tarte amazon brow powder (discontinued) that i have found, with no unnecessary or harmful ingredients. I am asking the manufacturer not to change it. You got it right. Please keep it the way it is. And taupe is a brilliant product, you just have to figure out how to work with it. Very hard to find color without orangy base, and if you custom mix with other colors to get where you want it you will be surprised how good it can look.

Five stars for this product! I definitely feel good about using all of the makeup from this brand - looks great and works well! Now, if I could rate the packing and shipping job for these products, the stars would fall off. The powders have come broken and scattered - not unusable but it is disappointing to lose any product at this price point. Your best bet might be to buy this one item and have it shipped alone, not bundled with ANY other items. Not very environmentally friendly, which is disappointing, but these items are not treated as fragile when you buy them alongside other items. They just break when they are at the bottom of a box with other things. Not a fault of the product though.

Purchased the color charcoal. Color goes on well and lasts all day. A little goes a long way, the makeup is very pigmented. I like the natural ingredients. I wish is came with a brush, but I already had one. Otherwise you would need to purchase a brush separately.

Love this product!! Stays in and goes on smoothly. I love the color but hate the price. It’s small I pray it last because of the price.

It’s a nice eyebrow powder with a good texture. It’s important to me that it doesn’t have toxic ingredients. However, I didn’t realize when I ordered it that my eyebrows had regained their dark color (from my good nutritional supplements, perhaps) and the color of the product also seemed darker in the photo. It gives me nice, soft filling out of my eyebrows but I really need a darker color. Couldn’t exchange it because I was traveling abroad. It will be okay for a few months.

I bought the taupe, color was just right but this product is awful. It’s not pigmented enough to actually show on your brow. Way to powdery and shear like cheap makeup. I would not recommend, way over priced for the quality. I got taken on this one!

I love the way it fills in my brows with a natural look. It’s easy to apply plus it has natural ingredients!

Purchased this as I was looking for a replacement natural eyebrow colour, for the one i use that is discontinued. I find this chalky and uneven in application - not impressed, probably will throw out as I dont like the way it applies or looks compared to the one I previously used.
