I’ve tried all of them and this one has the least offensive taste and is thick. Generics are runny and taste terrible due to alcohol in them among other things. The inactive ingredients really affect how they taste- this one is better than all of the other Orajel lines- pkg color and exact name matters too- read carefully. Most important, it helps a lot with tooth and gum pain.

This product works fast and does reduce the pain.

One application can last a few hours for me, depending on the severity of my tooth pain. But usually, a little bit goes a long way. The gel is clear, and has no real taste to it; it just numbs the area, and that's all I feel. I appreciate that there's no bitter taste; also, I like that (since it is clear), then it doesn't show if I am talking or something. This tube can last me quite a while, as I use it only when I'm having some difficulty with tooth/gum pain. I'd say the size of the tube is decent, and it's also easy to take with me in my purse or bag. This is a great item, and really does work wonders for me; it's pain relief and numbing works fast, and this is the brand I go to. Excellent product and value!

The application out of the tube can be challenging and it is hard to tell if it was applied to the correct location. Your check / tongue will also go numb if the gel gets on either. It has a good amount of product in the tube and only a small amount is needed to relieve any pain. It lasts for about an hour which is long enough for a standard pain medication to kick in. It works well for immediate relief.

This is a great product and for a wonderful price and also bought two or three different types and they said it would be up to 5 hours before I received it I want to say they were right on the ball it was here within 45 minutes to an hour it was wonderful that they were capable of delivering that quickly I know not everybody lives close to an Amazon prime store but if you do lucky you if you're not well you'll still be able to get the delivery at the time they request... But that's not about the product is it the product worked tremendously well and fast and efficient on my toothache I was able to keep using the product until I was able to get to the dentist it was really one of the best products of course it's number one in America so that should give you a hint All right hope you enjoy as much as I did it was worked tremendously well
