WF360BW Worm Factory 360 4 Tray with Worms, Black

there are many worm farms to choose from but this one comes with everything you need to get started! and as far as i can tell the only one that actually comes with a pound of red wigglers! had a couple issues getting things set up so i reached out to the seller and he was excellent! Amazon didn’t have an up to date telephone number for the seller, so i just looked up natures footprint on google. he answered right away and took care of my issue. if you are looking to get into starting a worm farm look no further!

My first worm bin. You get a voucher for the worms. I called to redeem and company was very helpful finding a local worm provider for me here in Hawaii for me to redeem.Bin seems really sturdy so far and i followed the setup instructions, which entails utilizing the supplies which come with the bin. I haven't bothered with the moisture or temp thingies...so can't advise there. So far so good! Worms seem happy and are multiplying!

Got the item . Looks great. Also bought the item with worm voucher. Cannot get in touch or get my email answered. Not great customer service. Just gey the factory 360 without the worms. Get the worms somewhere else

free worm site doesn’t work

We started vermicomposting 15 years ago with some simple bins in our basement. That worked all right, but it made a mess on the floor and it was hard harvesting the worm droppings. After a house fire knocked out our composting setup, we went on a hiatus until a couple months ago. The Worm Factory 360 approach with stacked bins works well with no odor and no mess on the floor.We rarely go out and don't eat much processed food so we produce a lot of fruit and vegetable waste. After a quick calculation showed that we'd overwhelm the worms in one WF360, we purchased a second one and set it up today. With two functioning units, and an extra shelf for each, we'll have just enough food to keep our worms happy, and will be harvesting more worm droppings than we can use: I might go into the fertilizer business!

This is a good product. It is exactly as advertised, built well, and I believe is an 'ok' value.Except.I submitted my voucher via their website and received the confirmation email. I then waited a month and tried to contact them. I tried via their contact us page and via the email address on their Facebook page and didn't receive a reply. Then the Friday after I had sent the message via the contact us page I got an email at 12 noon with a tracking number saying I would receive my worms that day. It was pure chance that I was home when my usps person delivered them. A number of worms had escaped the bag and there was a swamp smelling mess in the bottom of the box. The instructions on the mailing label said the mail person had to hand it to a person and it happened to be Easter weekend. I can only imagine how many more worms would have been dead had they stayed at the post office for the weekend.I would say that Nature's Footprint owes myself and the others complaining about voucher fulfillment at least an apology. They should also take a hard look at their customer service policies and the person in charge of the voucher fulfillment.

Worm site does work bit it did take awhile to get my worms due to the USPS not doing live deliveries for a period of time. I was able to get in touch with the company (Nature's Footprint) who was very helpful.
